Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made before the driver is dispatched to avoid call-out charges.
  • If a driver has already been dispatched, a call-out fee may apply to cover time and travel.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking under unforeseen circumstances.

5. Vehicle Condition & Safety

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe for towing.
  • Vehicles stuck in dangerous or difficult areas (e.g., off-road, mud, steep slopes) may require special equipment and additional fees.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a situation poses a safety risk to our team, your vehicle, or the public.

6. Damage Liability

Tow Truck Sydney takes utmost care when handling your vehicle.

However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage.
  • We are not liable for personal items left inside the vehicle; customers must remove valuables before towing.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by circumstances outside our control, such as:
    • Hazardous locations
    • Poor road conditions
    • Incorrect customer instructions
    • Mechanical faults unrelated to towing

If damage occurs directly due to our negligence, we will assess and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Follow driver instructions during towing or roadside assistance
  • Pay all service charges promptly

Failure to follow instructions may result in delays or additional charges.

Roadside assistance services (e.g., jump-starts, tyre changes, fuel delivery) are provided on a best-effort basis.
We cannot guarantee successful outcomes where mechanical or electrical faults are beyond roadside repair.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party operators beyond our control.
