Cancellations

- If a driver has already been dispatched, a call-out fee may apply to cover time and travel.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking under unforeseen circumstances.
5. Vehicle Condition & Safety
- It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe for towing.
- Vehicles stuck in dangerous or difficult areas (e.g., off-road, mud, steep slopes) may require special equipment and additional fees.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a situation poses a safety risk to our team, your vehicle, or the public.
6. Damage Liability
Tow Truck Sydney takes utmost care when handling your vehicle.
However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage.
- We are not liable for personal items left inside the vehicle; customers must remove valuables before towing.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by circumstances outside our control, such as:
- Hazardous locations
- Poor road conditions
- Incorrect customer instructions
- Mechanical faults unrelated to towing
If damage occurs directly due to our negligence, we will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Customer Responsibilities

- Pay all service charges promptly

We cannot guarantee successful outcomes where mechanical or electrical faults are beyond roadside repair.
